What if Seraphs Chapter 1(Owari no Seraph Spin-off)

I actually found this quite a while ago and have been planning to re-scanlate it, it seems it's from the official fanbook that was released last December. If my memory serves me right, I think it's this one.

It's only one chapter type of thing though. So, yeah. Also the translation was from a user on Tumblr called Awaywaywards so credit to him aswell.
